Jade Oolong Tea

Jade Oolong is a type of Taiwanese mountain oolong tea that is light in nature, which is somewhat unique since the more popular options are the stronger and heartier mountain oolong teas. This smooth tea is particularly a favorite of Green Tea drinkers since it offers a mildly sweet taste with a fresh aroma of magnolia and lilies, along with a pale golden jade color. At Sencha Tea Bar, we offer Jade Oolong Tea to add to your tea collection.

Features of Jade Oolong Tea

With a flavor that is not overwhelming, Jade Oolong Tea is perfect for beginning tea drinkers. As a staple oolong throughout the world, Jade Oolong may just become your favorite as well. We recommend trying multiple steeps of this tea in order to fully experience the tinges and hints of floral delight it offers.

Jade Oolong Tea is a highly valued tea with large, tightly rolled leaves and an appealing deep green appearance. The lightly oxidized leaves of Jade Oolong, once infused, slowly open up to dispense their essential oils. Jade Oolong Tea is known for its sweet flavor, green-floral scent, and delicate, clean feel to the mouth. Its leaves offer floral influences as they are grown alongside Jade blossoms.

Benefits of Jade Oolong Tea

My impression of the Jade Oolong from Sencha

The product arrived in the time that I anticipated. Packaging is good. I know I like Oolong and this was my first time with this Sencha product. I am experimenting. I used to get a loose leaf Oolong from Rosauers, but the store closed. It was dryer and leafier than the Sencha Oolong and seemed to have a more intense flavor. I like the Sencha Jade Oolong, but I like it to be a bit stronger.
