For sleep support, these Chamomile buds used in a tea ball are MUCH preferred to the 'dust' found in teabags

Yummy, gentle flavor

I love this chamomile on it's own. It's so soothing for my anxiety, which in turn helps release the tension. I love waking up to a hot cup of chamomile/rwandan green tea mix!
